The Prime Minister of the United Republic of Tanzania, Hon Kasim Majaliwa called for modernity by insisting that every household should have an improved toilet by 31st December 2018. This was said in a sanitation and hygiene Direct Consumer Contact (DCC) event held in Lushoto District on 24th October 2018.
